Longwood Elementary School
The project consists of renovation and refurbishing the existing Longwood Elementary School campus for the new school year. Buildings to be renovated were Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15. The project also included replacement of HVAC and life safety systems as well as site development. Much of the school’s interior was renovated with new finishes, including new flooring, ceilings, paint and tile. The kitchen was completely gutted and renovated with new wall tile and new kitchen equipment. The project was a fast-track schedule and the renovation was completed in time for the new school year.
