Project Description:  The construction of a new 44,742 SF, 3 story building shell on piles.

 

Trades Required:  Sitework, paving, utilities, concrete, CMU, structural steel, misc metal, architectural metals, rough carpentry, roofing, waterproofing, moisture protection, fire stopping, HM Doors, door hardware, glass and glazing, interior finishes, exterior finishes, elevators, escalators, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, and Electrical. Demolition of the old building will be done by Owner under separate Permit and Contract.

Prevailing Wage: There are NO prevailing wage requirements on this project.

 

Permits: Include the necessary trade permits. Jurisdiction is City of Miami Beach, FL.

 

Bond Requirements: All subcontractors’ budgets in excess of $50,000.00 will be required to provide a payment and performance bond in order to be awarded a subcontract. If a payment and performance bond is required, be sure to provide it as a separate cost from the construction budget cost.
