This project consisted of 3 phases. The first phase was a building addition where the core structure was a premanufactured metal building. The second phase included complete renovation of the kitchen including the replacement of the existing kitchen equipment with new gas fired equipment; the relocation and  replacement of the existing serving lines; the removal and replacement of the existing freezer/cooler with
new larger cooler and the installation of a new freezer/milk cooler on the exterior of the building. The third phase consisted of removing/replacing the main distribution electrical equipment including but not limited to: main distribution panel, branch circuit
panels, & transformers.
