FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITALITY TOURISM DINING FACILITY

This expansion project took place on an occupied campus and consists of a 4,200 SF dining room around a two story atrium, a circular wine cellar and a bartending training area. A chef’s table allows for cooking demonstrations. The 2,500 SF teaching kitchen was renovated to include food and pastry preparation/wash areas, a pantry and a barista station.
