Union Park Elementary School
Union Park Elementary was an existing school that was replaced with a new building on the playfields while the school remains in operation. The project scope included a new two-story building of 65,000 SF and two renovated buildings of 20,000 SF. There was also a second phase where the old school was demolished and new playfields and playgrounds were constructed. The renovation work included, new HVAC, ceilings, lighting, drywall repairs, painting and new flooring.
