UF TROPICAL RESEARCH & EDUCATION CENTER

This LEED Gold project consisted of the demolition of two existing buildings and the construction of a single story, 5,760 GSF laboratory building that included four labs, faculty offices, an equipment room, and restrooms. The project entails conceptual master planning of the entrance of the TREC facility to address concerns with parking, storm water management, preservation of setbacks, and traffic patterns within the center.
