This LEED Gold 136,786 SF new facility was recently completed for University of Central Florida. The facility replaced one of the oldest buildings on the University of Central Florida’s campus with a modern office building that houses 23 University Departments and Programs. Designed to be highly efficient, the 3-story building includes: Classrooms, Study labs, Deans suites, General office suites, Conference rooms and Flex space to accommodate future growth.
