Project Description: The Hollywood Clinics is a remodel of an existing 100,000 SF 2 story building and the addition of a Generator Enclosure.
Trades Required: Includes, but not limited to; Demolition of interiors, concrete, CMU, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, moisture protection, fire stopping, HM Doors, door hardware, glass and glazing, interior finishes, exterior finishes, specialties, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Electrical and New GENSET.
Project Schedule: This project has a tentative start of June 2015 and is to be complete in 240 days.

Prevailing Wage: There are NO prevailing wage requirements on this project.
Permits: Include necessary trade permits. Jurisdiction is City of Davie, FL
Bond Requirements: All subcontractors’ budgets in excess of $50,000.00 will be required to provide a payment and performance bond in order to be awarded a subcontract. If a payment and performance bond is required, be sure to provide it as a separate cost from the construction budget cost.
