This project was an upgrade of the existing Ritz Hotel in Naples, the center piece of which was the construction of a 49,000 square foot spa designed as the “The World’s Finest Spa.” The building incorporated high-end finishes of stone, tile, millwork, and wall coverings around the spa functions consisting of a rooftop mineral pool, treatment rooms, deli, separate men’s and ladies’ spa areas, salon, retail space, state of the art fitness center, tennis complex, and administration offices. Other work done at the hotel as part of the project was a complete refurbishment of the existing pool area, side restaurant and bar, new additional pool, four new tennis courts, 250 space structured parking, and a major retrofit of the existing central.
