Pirtle Construction Announces New Office Headquarters

Davie, FL., October 25, 2007 – Pirtle Construction announced today that it is relocating its corporate offices to a new class A office building on Griffin Road in Davie, Florida. Pirtle Construction, who is the Construction Manager, Owner and LEED Consultant, is building the first green office building in the Town of Davie. They have registered the building for LEED Certification with the U.S. Green Building Council seeking Silver certification. Pirtle Construction is planning to occupy the building in early 2008, which coincides with the celebration of their 40th Anniversary.
“We are excited to announce our new headquarters building. We have grown considerably since 1968 and this office building signifies that growth and commitment to building quality facilities throughout South Florida. We are pleased to be seeking LEED Silver certification on this project. Green construction techniques are not new to Pirtle, as this is our 4th green building.” said Mr. James B. Pirtle, President and Founder of Pirtle Construction Company.
