Pirtle Construction Hosts Open House and 40th Anniversary Celebration

Davie, Fla., April 17, 2008 – Pirtle Construction Company hosted an open house on April 17th, 2008 in their new corporate headquarters to celebrate their 40th year of building quality facilities. Pirtle was established in 1968 and has been constructing facilities from Miami-Dade County to Martin County, with an impressive 90% repeat client base. Many of their most esteemed clients and colleagues were in attendance to congratulate and celebrate with Pirtle for their accomplishments. The celebration was held at Pirtle’s own recently completed “green” building, the first LEED office building in the Town of Davie. It was completed early this year and was the winner of the 2007 South Florida Business Journal Excellence in Real Estate Award for Office Buildings.
“We are excited to have hosted our 40th Anniversary open house in our new LEED headquarters building. We have grown considerably since 1968 and this office building signifies that growth and commitment to building quality facilities throughout South Florida. We are pleased to be seeking LEED certification on this project. Green construction techniques aren’t new to Pirtle, as we have completed and are working on 10 LEED projects.” said Mr. James B.
