Pirtle Construction hold 1st Annual Golf Tournament to Benefit FAU

Davie, Fla., October 11, 2007 – Pirtle Construction today announced it held its first annual Golf Tournament at The Club at Emerald Hills on October 5th, with all proceeds benefiting Florida Atlantic University. Pirtle Construction presented Florida Atlantic University’s President Brogan with a ceremonial check on October 16th. The proceeds will be used to make financial assistance available to many deserving FAU students.

“By making such a generous donation to the University’s Scholarship fund, Pirtle is helping untold numbers of students achieve their dream of earning a university degree,” said Dr. Joyanne Stephens, Vice President of FAU Broward Campuses.

Pirtle Construction Company provides Construction Management and Design Build services for commercial and institutional facilities including K-12 schools, higher education, libraries, commercial offices and parking garages in Southwest Florida.
