Mike Geary oversees the strategic business operations of Pirtle Construction Company. He has over 21 years of construction experience working for the firm in operations as well as construction of numerous projects throughout Florida. Under his leadership, the company has diversified from a predominantly K-12 and higher education facility builder to a prominent  construction manager with a depth of experience including libraries, municipal buildings, federal buildings, healthcare facilities, office buildings, parking garages, police and fire stations, as well as parks and sports complexes. 

Mike has played an instrumental role in successfully transitioning the company’s focus from a traditional competitive bid organization to a firm that primarily completes projects using selection-based Construction Management at Risk and Design Build delivery systems. His construction knowledge, experience and creative problem solving abilities have played an integral role in the success and growth of the company.
