Miami Dade College West Campus
The West Campus project was a significant undertaking for our esteemed repeat client, Miami Dade College. It encompassed an extensive renovation and expansion of the current facilities situated on a bustling and occupied campus. The project spanned multiple buildings, collectively covering an impressive area of 180,000 square feet. The spaces to be revitalized included offices, computer labs, lounges, a bookstore, the main lobby, a warehouse, and classroom areas. Through meticulous planning and execution, we successfully added a new structural second floor to the existing structure, providing additional space. Extensive renovations were carried out to convert the facility into state-of-the-art administration and classroom spaces, serving the evolving needs of the campus community.
