Leadership
James B. Pirtle, founder of Pirtle Construction Company, continues to lead Pirtle Construction into the future. He maintains a hands-on approach to all aspects of the company, including direct involvement in many of Pirtle's construction projects. This same dedication to excellence is mirrored in the team James Pirtle has assembled around him, executives that were leaders in the industry, not only experienced but respected. Like him, they have many years of construction experience, each with a vested interest in the high standards established by James Pirtle forty one?years ago.
Integrity
Integrity means more to us than just honesty. It's communication; it's problem solving; it's responsibility. When we take on a project, we become the lead for that project. It's our job to ensure the project moves forward smoothly, that challenges are anticipated and solutions are offered. We go beyond just being responsive. We cultivate relationships with subcontractors and architects, speak openly to the community in which a project is taking place, and work closely with utilities and government agencies.

How do you measure excellence? At Pirtle, we look at our track record, over 400 projects, on time and under budget. Over 90% of our clients are repeat clients. We've earned the trust and respect of the public and private sector in South Florida. We've consistently worked to improve our standards of quality, and have become the leaders in Green construction by building two of the first LEED Certified buildings in South Florida.
