This support and guidance from Pirtle causes the team to successfully complete the design phase efficiently, within budget and meeting the client's expectations.
As the project moves into the construction phase it happens smoothly because of the added value and pre planning that was accomplished during the preconstruction phase. During the construction phase Pirtle leads the team to a successful project completion. Constant communication with the owner and the designer that started in the design phase continues to avoid surprises.
As the project nears completion, the post construction services are important to the owner. It includes completing punch lists and delivering operating & maintenance manuals in a timely manner. Pirtle conducts proper training to building operators of all the systems and equipment. Additionally Pirtle provides interim inspections of the project during the warranty period to make sure everything is operating correctly and the owner is satisfied.
