EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

As Vice President, Jacob Katz is responsible for the overall execution of projects from concept to completion. By providing operational oversight, he ensures that projects not only meet Pirtle’s high quality standards but that they are completed on time and within budget. Jacob is an excellent leader whose team building skills assist in leading architects, subcontractors and construction teams in finding the best solutions and options for clients. He is driven to ensuring that all team members meet the project goals and ultimately exceed client’s expectations.

 

Jacob Katz has over 16 years of construction management experience. Upon graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction in 2001, Jacob joined Pirtle Construction as a Project Engineer. Since that time Jacob has demonstrated outstanding commitment and dedication to Pirtle Construction which resulted in him being promoted to the positions of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Construction and most recently Vice President. Jacob has successfully managed both small and large projects with many of our clients and has continually been involved with operations, preconstruction services, marketing/business development, client retention, and he’s earned the respect of his colleagues.
