The Bass Museum of Art project consisted of renovating 13,500 SF of the existing facility and expansion of 7,000 new SF. Part of this building is historic and includes some restoration. The project is defined by three major areas: Historic East, Gallery South and Classroom West. The facility has a teaching component where art classes are held for students of the community. This facility is an integral part of the annual Art Basel event in Miami Beach.
